As a 2 time SRT8 Jeep owner I know I can't stand the run flats. They have uneven wear, tread separation, they can't be fixed, they give a harsh ride, they cause the jeep to dart to the sides from a fast start, and they are very expensive. This solution has given me peace of mind while driving, and I get to pick the tires of my choice. I have non staggard wheels so I can even rotate my tires. Included is a new Mopar 18" compact spare wheel and a GoodYear Tire with the rubber nobbies on it (not used.) Also included are new lug nuts, a special made in the USA CNC aluminum adapter, a spare tire cover, the mounting kit, and instructions. The mounting kit mounts the spare tire to the drivers side cargo area and is standing up to make for maximum cargo room. The mounting kit does not require any modifications to stock panels or holes to be drilled. You can remove the kit without any ill side effects to your Jeep. Installing and uninstalling takes about 5 minutes once you have done it one time. Please note that with the kit installed you will not be able to lower the drivers side rear seat back.
